Elite Soccer Youth Development Academy Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Elite Soccer Youth Development Academy (“ESYDA”). By enrolling in our programs, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in all activities, training sessions, and events organized by the Academy.
2. Enrollment and Participation
2.1 Eligibility: Enrollment is open to children aged 5 to 16 who meet the Academy’s assessment criteria. All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information.
2.2 Fees and Payment: Enrollment fees are payable in advance, according to the schedule provided during registration. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these terms.
2.3 Attendance: Regular attendance is required to ensure the best possible development. Participants are expected to arrive on time for all sessions. Persistent lateness or absences without valid reason may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination from the program.
2.4 Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, fellow players, and visitors. Any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
3. Health and Safety
3.1 Medical Clearance: Participants must provide proof of medical clearance before engaging in any physical activities. Any existing medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed during registration.
3.2 Injury and Liability: The Academy takes all reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety. However, the Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions, matches, or events. Parents/guardians are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
3.3 Emergency Procedures: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, the Academy staff will provide first aid and, if necessary, contact emergency services. Parents/guardians will be notified immediately.
4. Academy Property
4.1 Uniform and Equipment: Participants are required to wear the official Academy uniform during all training sessions and matches. Uniforms and equipment provided by the Academy must be maintained in good condition. Participants are responsible for any loss or damage.
4.2 Facilities Use: Participants must respect the Academy’s facilities, including the playing fields, locker rooms, and equipment. Any damage caused by participants will be the responsibility of their parents/guardians.
5. Media and Promotions
5.1 Photography and Videography: The Academy reserves the right to take photographs and videos during training sessions, matches, and events for promotional purposes. By enrolling in the Academy, you consent to the use of your child’s image in promotional materials.
5.2 Social Media: Participants and their families are encouraged to share their experiences on social media. However, they must not post content that is defamatory, offensive, or harmful to the Academy’s reputation or other participants.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Personal Information: The Academy collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information will be used solely for the administration of the Academy’s programs and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
6.2 Data Security: The Academy takes appropriate measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
7. Cancellation and Termination
7.1 Cancellation by Participant: If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must provide written notice at least [specify notice period] before the start of the next term. Refunds may be issued at the Academy’s discretion, depending on the circumstances.
