We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, be legally authorized to bind your business, provide accurate account information, and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription, Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for failed or overdue payments. Pricing changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription.
5. Free Trials
Free trials may automatically convert into paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. Please review the trial terms presented at signup for full details.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Platform to generate fake or misleading reviews, incentivize reviews in a manner not permitted by applicable law, send spam in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or TCPA, harass or impersonate any person or entity, upload or transmit malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer any part of the Platform, or violate the policies of third-party platforms such as Google, Yelp, or Meta.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
7.1 Program Description
Elite Soccer Youth Development Academy Inc enables businesses to send SMS communications to customers who have booked appointments, submitted web forms, explicitly opted in via a checkbox consent mechanism, or provided prior express written consent.

You agree to maintain documented proof of consent, honor opt-out requests within 10 business days or sooner as required by law, and provide clear sender identification in all communications. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS, INCLUDING INCREASED REVIEWS, IMPROVED SEARCH RANKINGS, OR REVENUE GROWTH.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELITE SOCCER YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM ACTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite Soccer Youth Development Academy Inc and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your SMS messaging practices, your submitted content, your violation of any third-party rights, or your failure to comply with applicable law.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for reasons including non-payment, policy violations, fraud, or legal risk. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in full effect.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Montgomery County, Maryland. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in any class action proceeding.
16. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website or by email. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. General Provisions
