ESYDA ConnectDelete your account or data
For users of the ESYDA Connect app and portal (Elite Soccer Youth Development Academy). You don’t need the app installed to make a request.
What happens next
- We send a confirmation to the account email. ESYDA staff may contact you to confirm your identity before deleting anything.
- Requests are completed within 30 days.
- Deleting your account removes your login and profile, your Team Chat messages, Match Day predictions and notifications. To also remove player photos or contact details, choose them under “Delete some of my data”.
- Some records — such as payment, registration and tax records — are kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
- Account deletion requires any outstanding balance to be settled first.
In the app you can also go to More → My Account (or Account) → Request Account Deletion.
