Each player should come to practice and games prepared to play. Shin guards are mandatory for all players. Player should also bring a ball, Water and dress appropriately for the weather.
U stands for under. Players are placed by their age as of August 1 (please refer to the Age Chart).
Team assignments are typically announced in mid-August for the fall and mid-March for the spring season. Your coach will contact you once he/she receives their roster.
Uniforms will be available to purchase at ESYDA. All ESYDA players will be provided a uniform for practice.
Absolutely not! The recreation program is designed so that a player of any skill level can join and have fun.

Yes absolutely, ESYDA is a volunteer organization, and parent involvement is essential component to our program. In addition to coaches and assistant coaches, the program routinely requires league coordinators, referee coordinators, referee coordinators, and others willing to lend assistance. Prior soccer experience is not required.
